Consultation

We are routinely engaged by clients, their insurers (and in rare cases, their attorneys) for consultation regarding insurance damage claims. In this we have established a reputation for thorough and accurate reporting. On more than one occasion we have exposed false or misleading insurance claims.

We endeavor whenever possible to supply supporting documentation, but we also understand that some who will review our reports are unfamiliar with the technical aspects of organbuilding. We therefore seek to provide clear analysis with our recommendations and estimates. Details are typically best explored through in person follow-up.

Clients that seek consultation with the intention of a request for proposal are handled on a case by case basis. Generally in such situations fees are waived, though extenuating circumstances may require reimbursement for expenses. When developing proposals we encourage the client to consult other organbuilding professionals. Doing so usually indicates dedication to the stewardship of an existing instrument and should therefore be encouraged. In any situation we prefer to make our final presentations personally whenever possible.

If you would like to inquire regarding consultation or a request for a proposal, you may either email us at service_at_odellorgans.com, or call our office at 860-365-0552 during regular business hours. You may also contact us by mail or fax; further information is available on our contact page.
