Service

As we complete each project, be it a new organ, rebuild or restoration, rather than refer the maintenance to a third party, whenever possible we find ways to continue to offer service to our clients beyond the installation. We feel this is important. As such, we maintain an ever-growing roster of service clients. In addition to local service inside Connecticut, we work throughout the New York and Boston metropolitan areas, including Westchester, the Outer Boroughs and Eastern Long Island. More generally, we are available for service throughout the Boston - Washington, D.C. metroplex.

We take a measured and comprehensive approach to pipe organ maintenance and tuning. We endeavor to be fair, thorough, timely and professional, just as we are with all other aspects of our work. Clients are always offered a maintenance agreement, for their protection as well as ours. This is not required, but it is our preferred method for establishing a business relationship that concerns pipe organ maintenance.

Clients are always given redundant advance notices by both mail and telephone in advance of any scheduled visit. In the event of a need for emergency service, we typically are able to have someone on site within 48 hours.
